23 January 2015: Changes to Balancing Area

The reconciliation manager wishes to advise participants of the following balancing area change:

NSP KEN0331-NPOW will be removed from ALLGXPSBPOWG. KEN0331-NPOW mapping to ALLGXPSBPOWG will be end dated 31/03/2015.

This change follows previous advice concerning the decommissioning of NSP KEN0331-NPOW.


22 January 2015: Changes to Balancing Areas

The reconciliation manager wishes to advise participants of the following balancing area changes:

MPI0661TASMG and COB0661TRUSG will be end dated as of the 22/02/2015,

NSP MOT0111-TASM will be removed from BALANC1TASMG. MOT0111-TASM's mapping to BALANC1TASMG will be end dated 22/02/2015.

These changes follow previous advice concerning the decommissioning of NSPs MPI0661, MOT0111 and COB0661.


21 January 2015: Change of Ownership - Embedded Networks

The reconciliation manager wishes to advise participants that:

Belfast Embedded Network (BFT0111) will change ownership from WEL Networks Ltd (WAIK) to Orion NZ Ltd (ORON). This embedded network will be amalgamated under its parent NSP, ISL0661-ORON,

Wigram Embedded Network (WGA0111) will change ownership from MainPower NZ Ltd (MPOW) to Orion NZ Ltd (ORON). This embedded network will be amalgamated under its parent NSP, ISL0331-ORON.

To give effect to these changes the following embedded networks will be decommissioned:

NSP: BFT0111-WAIK
Name: Belfast Embedded Network
Parent NSP: ISL0661-ORON GN
End Date: 31/03/2015

NSP: WGA0111-MPOW
Name: Wigram Embedded Network
Parent NSP: ISL0331-ORON GN
End Date: 31/03/2015


14 January 2015: Revised start date: Embedded Network TKS0011

The reconciliation manager wishes to advise participants that the below embedded network has a revised start date of 01 March 2015.

NSP: TKS0011 TENC EN
Name: Kate Sheppard Apartments
Parent NSP: WIL0331 CKHK GN
Revised Start Date: 01/03/2015


06 January 2015: Temporary change to balancing area OKN0111LINEG

During the outage at OKN0111 on trading date 7/12/2014 for trading periods 20 to 29, LINE load normally supplied by OKN0111 was supplied by TNG0111.

To account for this outage, the reconciliation manager notifies participants, in accordance with Clause 15.17(c) of the Code, of a temporary change to balancing area OKN0111LINEG. This balancing area will temporary include the following NSP as follows:

Start: 7/12/2014, TP1
End: 7/12/2014, TP 48
