25 September 2014: Embedded Networks BTC0011, CGT0011, & TQW0011

Please note that the notice below supercedes the one provided to the market on 01/09/2014 The reconciliation manager wishes to advise participants that Botany Town Centre (BTC0011) will change ownership from CB Richard Ellis(CBRE) to PSPIB Waiheke Inc (PSPI). 109 Featherston Street (CGT0011) will change ownership from AMP Capital (AMPC) to PSPIB Waiheke Inc (PSPI). As at 01 November 2014, the following will be in place for these embedded networks:

NSP: BTC0011 PSPI
Name: Botany Town Centre
Parent NSP: PAK0331 VECT GN
Start Date: 01/11/2014

NSP: CGT0011 PSPI
Name: 109 Featherston Street
Parent NSP: WIL0331 CKHK GN

Both embedded networks will be reconciled by differencing.

Additionally, from 01/10/2014 Clyde Quay Wharf (TQW0011) will change from being reconcilied by difference to being globally reconciled. This follows the completion of the development and the subsequent full metering of all supplies within the network.

The reconciliation manager wishes to advise participants that Botany Town Centre and (BTC0011) and 109 Featherston Street (CGT0011) will change ownership from AMP Capital (AMPC) to PSPIB Waiheke Inc (PSPI). As at 01 October 2014, the following will be in place for these embedded networks:
